ATTENTION: There will be NO Saturday class until February 11th!!!
Therefore, it is important for you to sign up for the next two-week session of semi-privates which will begin on January 31st!
There are eight (8) one-and-one-quarter hour lessons at set days and times:
Tuesday (1/31 & 2/7) at 6:30pm
Wednesday (2/1 & 2/8) at 2:15pm
Thursday (2/2 & 2/9) at 2:30pm
Friday (2/3 & 2/10) at 6:30 pm
You may choose one, two, or any number of these lessons to attend, but must be committed to in advance.
The cost is as follows:
1 lesson = $30
2 lessons = $50
3 lessons = $65
4 lessons = $80
5 lessons = $95
6 lessons = $108
7 lessons = $119
8 lessons = $128
Commitment to your lesson plan must be made by January 30th and must be pre-paid in full (non-refundable).
Space is extremely limited and is on a first come, first served basis. So please email me ASAP with your dates!!!

This semester, Ernesta Corvino will be a guest teacher at Hartt College (Hartford, Connecticut) teaching ballet and character on Mondays. Stephen Pier is the new director of dance.
She is also choreographing a new ballet for The Harkness Repertory Ensemble which will have its premiere in June at the 92nd Street Y.

A new ballet by Ernesta Corvino, for nine women and three men, entitled On the Path was performed as part of Evening of Dance at Perry-Mansfield in Steamboat Springs, Colorado......July 20th through 23rd...Also on the program were works by Rick McCullough, Paul Taylor, Jennifer Golonka, Antonio Brown, Thong Dao, Kyle Abraham and Janet Taisey Craft.

The seminar, Teaching Ballet with The Corvino Approach, which took place on May 14th, was well attended. After a morning class at City Center, the dancers enjoyed a luncheon at Corvino's and then had four intense hours of in-depth exploration of the theory and practice of ballet technique. Everyone stayed long after the seminar was officially over to continue questions and answers and the exchange of ideas and experiences while enjoying tea and cookies in the garden.
